2. General

This website is an information and pre-launch page for the product "3D Model Color". We process personal data exclusively within the scope of the applicable regulations (GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act, TKG 2021).

3. Launch notification (email signup)

When you sign up for the launch notification, we process your email address, the time of signup and the signup source. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Signup uses a double-opt-in procedure: you receive a confirmation email, and your signup only becomes effective once you confirm it.

You can withdraw your consent at any time – via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to office@aquarylic.com. After withdrawal we delete your data from the mailing list.

4. Email signup and delivery

To manage signups for our email updates we operate our own system on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (data stored in the EU region). As proof of your consent we store the time of signup and confirmation, the IP addresses used, your chosen language, the signup source, and the version of the consent text displayed (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., San Francisco, USA) as our email delivery processor; emails are sent via the EU region, and standard contractual clauses are in place. Replies to our emails are processed in our company mailbox at Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). After unsubscribing, your address is kept on our suppression list so the opt-out remains effective.

If you sign up via a form on Facebook or Instagram (Meta), Meta transmits the data you entered in the form to us; you will still go through our double-opt-in process. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is responsible for data processing within Facebook/Instagram.

5. Hosting / server logs

When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type) to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These log data are not merged with other data sources.

6. Cookies & tracking (Meta pixel, consent only)

This site uses the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) only if you have given consent via the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The pixel sets cookies (e.g. _fbp) and helps us measure whether our ads lead to signups. If you sign up for our email updates with consent given and confirm your address, we also send a signup event with your email address in encrypted (hashed) form to Meta (Conversions API) to measure ad effectiveness. Data may be transferred to the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Without consent, no pixel is loaded and nothing is sent to Meta. You can revoke your consent at any time by deleting this site's cookies or site data in your browser — the cookie notice will then appear again. More information: Meta Privacy Policy.

7. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, contact office@aquarylic.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at) if you believe that the processing infringes data protection law.

8. Storage period

We store data from the launch signup until you withdraw your consent or for as long as the mailing list exists. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
